From what I was able to determine from my research, the 023-326-00 brakes are 12" brakes from Dexter and were designed for trailer axles with between 5200 and 7000-lbs capacity. I don't believe that I've ever seen a brake mounting flange that has 6 bolts, so I'm assuming that you actually meant 5 bolts.

The start power is usually what keeps people from running both units, but if you replace both units with these then you won't have any issue.
